What you buy
A one-time review of your Shopify store for the price shown on the page (currently $49 USD). It includes a Figma file with findings on your homepage, collection page, product page and cart (mobile first), 8 to 12 numbered findings with a suggested fix for each, a mockup of the top fix, a comparison with 1 or 2 competitors, a mobile speed check, your top 3 priorities and a recorded video walkthrough.
Delivery
We deliver by email in less than 48 hours after we receive your payment and a working store link. If your store is password protected, the 48 hours start when we get the password. If we're late, you can ask for a refund (see the refund policy).
What we need from you
A correct store link and an email address that works. Access to your Shopify admin is not needed. Collaborator access is optional and you can remove it anytime.
No guaranteed results
The audit gives recommendations based on our experience with Shopify stores. Results depend on your products, traffic, prices and how the changes are made, so we can't guarantee any increase in sales. You decide what to change on your store. Please duplicate your theme before editing it.
Using the audit
The audit is for your own store and business. Please don't resell it. We use screenshots of your store only to make your audit. We won't publish your audit, your store name or your results without your permission.
Extra work
If you want help with the fixes, we send you options and a price first. Any extra work is a separate agreement.
Refunds
See the refund policy. Your rights under UK consumer law are not affected.
Liability
Our total liability for the Store Audit is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
